Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE) respects your right to privacy and to control your personal information. The intent of this Privacy Policy is to inform users of our internet sites (www.pac-eastside.org, www.actoneguild.org, www.acttwoguild.org) how the sites collect, store, and use personal information submitted. PACE does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any personal information.
Collection of Information
Certain applications on the PACE websites may request personal information in order to register for a mailing list, subscribe to a newsletter, or to complete event registration or donation forms. Such information is not shared or sold to third parties.
To better service our patrons, PACE may also use the websites as survey tools or to receive and store other information such as type of web browser or pages linked to from the sites. This information is stripped of any identifying markers, i.e. IP address.
Use of Information
Personal information collected through PACE websites may be used to communicate with you, register you as a user, administer the websites, comply with applicable law, and as otherwise noted in this policy.
If you sign up for the PACE mailing list, PACE will contact you periodically with updated information, new services offered, etc. In addition, if you sign up for Insider News, PACE's e-newsletter, you will receive a quarterly email. All emails sent to you will include the option to remove yourself from the mailing list. PACE does not rent, sell, or exchange its mailing list with any entities.
PACE may also access information for administrative or other purposes that are necessary to develop, maintain, or improve services. Finally, PACE may disclose personal information if required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, subpoena, or other legal process.
Third-Party Links
The PACE websites may contain links to third-party websites. These sites are governed by the privacy policies of the sites' operators and are no longer under the jurisdiction of this policy. PACE is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Third Party Vendors
PACE may engage third-party vendors in order to help manage the websites and allow better service for our patrons. These vendors may analyze the information collected for marketing or design purposes, with identifying markers removed.
Security Procedures
PACE stores all collected information in a secure database that is protected via password protection, electronic firewalls, and data encryption. Financial and credit card information is not stored on a server, shared with third parties, nor is it kept after being used for the intended, patron-initiated purpose. Personal data is accessed only in terms of this policy.
