PACE Introduces Ambassador Program
After months of preparation, Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE) is excited to launch Ambassadors For PACE. This new program is designed as an association of donors, joined together in a grass-roots effort to build support of and create awareness about PACE and its value to the community.
PACE will energize the Eastside as an arts and culture destination. It will be an important resource for arts and education organizations on the Eastside and around the Puget Sound region. As the demand for PACE grows within the community, the role of the Ambassadors will be to help influence, educate, and inspire others to join the Campaign For PACE by speaking informally about PACE to friends, colleagues, family, and businesses and organizations with which they are affiliated.
Ambassadors come from all segments of the Eastside community: business leaders, retired people, students, artists, Parties For PACE hosts, early donors, and many friends. What unites them is the belief that PACE will bring economic, cultural, and educational advantages and enrich the quality of life on the Eastside. The first Ambassadors are:
- Bob Bishop
- Jennifer Daugherty
- Donn Foreman
- David Foster
- Dave Jensen
- Pamela Rolfe
- Aimee Vaughan
- Bob and Sunee Ward
- Lance Wieland
We welcome all of these founding members and look forward to building a strong and diverse list of Ambassadors in the future as we build toward the Grand Opening in 2010.
