PACE Receives Three New Gifts

PACE recently received three new gifts: from the Centurion Financial Group; the Foster Foundation; and Linda Nordstrom. These gifts bring the total raised to date to nearly $22 million.

Five New Members Elected to PACE Board

At its annual meeting in June 2007, the Board of Directors for Performing Arts Center Eastside elected five new members, bringing the total to 28. The newly elected members are Alka Badshah, Sally Gray, Brad Smith, Kathy Surace-Smith, and Randy Talbot.

PACE Introduces Ambassador Program

After months of preparation, Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE) is excited to launch Ambassadors For PACE. This new program is designed as an association of donors, joined together in a grass-roots effort to build support of and create awareness about PACE and its value to the community.

"Come Dance with the Stars"

Join us for another gala evening at the 2007 Candlelight Dinner Dance – "Come Dance With The Stars," sponsored by the Act One Guild whose membership of more than 40 community volunteers promotes the mission of Performing Arts Center Eastside through their philanthropic endeavors.

Summer Parties For PACE

The summer months brought more opportunities to share information about Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE) with Eastside residents. As plans to build the 2,000-seat center in downtown Bellevue continue to build momentum, several PACE supporters opened their homes to share information on the project with friends.

Executive Director's Message

The importance of any cultural institution to its community is measured by the value it adds. And the value that Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE) will add to Bellevue and the Eastside becomes clearer every day, not in my mind alone but in the aspirations and dreams of almost everyone I meet.
