More Parties For PACE
Over the past few months, Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE) has continued its effort to build grass-roots support within the community. Several recent Parties For PACE have continued the effort to engage future PACE donors and audiences to learn more about the world-class performing arts center opening on the Eastside in 2010.
- In January, Betty and Kemper Freeman, Jr., PACE Campaign Co-Chairs, invited more than 20 Eastside community and corporate notables to their new Lincoln Towers condo in downtown Bellevue
- In February, Sally A. Nordstrom, PACE Board member, opened her home in Indian Wells, California to 35 Puget Sound residents spending the winter months in the Palm Springs sunshine
- In May, the elegant Medina waterfront home of Michael and Linda Mastro was the perfect setting to bring together 40 of their friends and neighbors
- On a summer evening in June, Patty Edwards invited 35 of her friends to her beautiful home and gardens in Clyde Hill to learn about PACE

All four locations proved to be ideal for making new friends and providing information about the future 2,000-seat performing arts facility and its benefits to the community. These parties gave our new Executive Director and CEO, John Haynes, the opportunity to share his vision of the Center. The hosts then spoke for a few minutes, emphasizing why PACE is special to each of them.
PACE would like to thank all of the party hosts who have been extremely gracious with their time and energy in support of PACE. If you are interested in hosting a party or attending one, please contact Suzanne Hutchinson, Director of Guilds and Guild Events at 425.462.0099.
