Dave Katri, CEO of Clark Nuber
The 2007 Bellevue Rotary Auction to benefit Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE) was the site of a $100,000 donation from Clark Nuber to PACE. Dave Katri, CEO of Clark Nuber, on behalf of the shareholders of Clark Nuber, made the announcement in front of over 600 Bellevue civic and community leaders attending the dinner and auction.
Katri's remarks highlighted the importance of a community effort to help build PACE. "Our firm is celebrating its 55th year on the Eastside and many of our clients are associated with leading the charge of taking PACE from a vision to a reality." He went on to add, "We believe that PACE will provide a catalyst for strong economic growth for the entire Eastside and provide rich cultural opportunities for our residents for years to come. Our gift is our way of saying thanks to the Eastside business community and is a special recognition of Bob Nuber's long-standing commitment to community service."

"Clark Nuber has demonstrated its leadership in this community for the past half century," said Randy Talbot, President and Chief Executive Officer of Symetra Financial and Corporate Division Chair for the Campaign For PACE. "They, like us, believe that the Eastside will benefit tremendously from the addition of a first-class performing arts center. Clark Nuber is setting an outstanding example and we applaud their efforts to help make PACE a reality."
"We cannot thank the shareholders of Clark Nuber enough for this wonderful contribution," said John Haynes, PACE Executive Director and CEO. "It is another important step toward making PACE a reality in our Eastside community. PACE is poised to become the cultural heart of the Eastside, and that potential becomes more probable with every expression of faith from people like the visionary partners at Clark Nuber."
