BELLEVUE, WA (Aug. 29, 2007) – The Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE) announces today another million dollar gift. With this gift, the Centurion Financial Group, a privately held real estate lending company, joins the PACEsetters group of major donors along with Microsoft, Kemper Development Company, and Chuck and Karen Lytle.

Also announced today are two additional major gifts to PACE.

The Foster Foundation recently awarded $125,000 to PACE. First founded in 1984 by Evelyn and Albert O. Foster and son Michael Foster, the Foundation was established to support the people and communities of the Pacific Northwest. Today, it is led by Michael G. Foster, Jr. and Shalisan Lee Foster.

Linda Nordstrom, granddaughter of the Nordstrom specialty store founder and founder of Northstream Development Incorporated, donated $100,000. Ms. Nordstrom's real estate company has built homes and small retail centers in the region for the past 28 years.

With these three new gifts, the total raised by PACE to date approaches $22 million. Earlier in the year, the building's Schematic Design was completed and construction costs fully developed. Now the focus of the Board, staff, and volunteers is on raising the funds needed to begin construction so the 2,000-seat Center can open its doors in 2010.

"A commercial investing resource, Centurion Financial Group, housed in Bellevue, is tuned in to the value PACE will add to Bellevue and the Eastside." said Chuck Lytle, campaign co-chair for PACE. "PACE will help create a highly desirable community for people to live and work, one that will attract the best and brightest to our schools, business, and civic life. We are proud to add all three of these distinguished names to our growing list of donors. "
