Job Summary:

The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the PACE office. He/she will provide administrative support to the PACE staff, coordinate the purchase and use of office supplies and equipment, process payroll and personnel paperwork, maintain management files, and serve as the front desk receptionist.

Minimum Requirements:

Five (5) years of relevant professional experience. Must have demonstrable computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), network management, and standard office equipment. Experience in office management, bookkeeping, human resources, administrative support, and working in a nonprofit environment is preferred. A cheerful disposition, professional appearance, and excellent references will be required.
