Dear John,

I read the information packet about PACE with great interest. The Seattle Men's Chorus has been anxious to have an eastside venue of the size and quality of PACE to present our concerts. As you may know, SMC is the largest community chorus in America (we sell more than 30,000 tickets a year) and the men perform at Benaroya Hall and McCaw Hall. However, we have many eastside fans who would appreciate it if we came over there as well, which we'd really like to do. And with our growing audience for the women's chorus, they too will have an eye on performing at PACE in the near future.

I'm writing now just to let you know of our interest in PACE since I'm certain that once we get closer to its completion in 2010, there will be great demand for use of the facility. We can hardly wait!

Best Regards,

Tom Luhnow, Executive Director
