Performing Arts Center Eastside

Campaign For PACE

PACE has launched the Campaign For PACE to build a world-class performing arts center on the Eastside by 2013. The $160 million goal includes $8 million in land; $11 million in design and engineering; $114 million in construction costs; $2 million in furnishings and equipment; $6 million in soft costs; $9 million in fundraising and administrative costs; and $10 million for an endowment to support ongoing PACE operations. Funding will be raised from individuals, corporations, foundations, and government.

Endowment

The Campaign For PACE is also an incredible opportunity for the institution to fund a $10 million Endowment that will help to ensure long-term viability and a stable, secure future. A strong endowment will allow PACE to present performances of special interest to diverse audiences; to improve the quality of arts education and the cultural engagement of our young people; to provide equal access to the performing arts for underserved populations, including single-parent families, persons without access to adequate transportation, seniors, recent immigrants, and others; and to offer special services and accessibility enhancements for people with disabilities. The Endowment component of the Campaign affords PACE the opportunity to launch an ongoing planned giving program that will continue after the Campaign concludes. Please see Ways of Giving for more information.
