Performing Arts Center Eastside

Campaign For PACE

PACE has launched the Campaign For PACE to build a world-class performing arts center on the Eastside by 2010. The $160 million goal includes $8 million in land; $11 million in design and engineering; $114 million in construction costs; $2 million in furnishings and equipment; $6 million in soft costs; $9 million in fundraising and administrative costs; and $10 million for an endowment to support ongoing PACE operations. Funding will be raised from individuals, corporations, foundations, and government.

Endowment

A portion of the funds to be raised during the Campaign For PACE will be dedicated to forming an endowment whose corpus will continue to grow in the years ahead. The annual earnings of the Endowment will generate income to help sustain PACE operations. Named endowments are reserved for gifts of $50,000 or more. Donors who make a gift of any amount to the Endowment through their charitable estate plan will be recognized as members of the Twenty-First Century Society.
